Qualifications

• Prior experience as Landscaper/ Hardscaper or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with clients, team members, and suppliers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions.
