Legacy Land Pros in Salem, OH is hiring a Landscape Crew Lead to supervise field crews and deliver high-quality outdoor work. You will lead in mulching, bed prep, pruning, and planting, while reading plans and organizing materials and schedules.

In this full-time, onsite role you will use a smartphone for time tracking and communication, train crew members, and ensure equipment is well maintained. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Legacy Land Pros is hiring a Landscape Crew Lead in Salem, OH, paying $19 to $22 per hour based on experience. We need someone with hands-on landscaping experience in mulching, bed prep, pruning, and planting, plus proven ability to lead a crew. You will be in the field doing the work while running the day, not managing from a truck.
