No Lawn Left Behind is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time Landscape Lead to join our team in Perry, IA. You will guide the landscape crew, ensure quality work, and help plan daily tasks.

Requirements include 1 year of landscaping experience, leadership ability, strong communication, and a valid driver's license. You will operate machinery as needed and mentor teammates; compensation is $24–$30 per hour plus PTO, holidays, a Simple IRA and year-end bonus.
