Job summary

A to Z Tree and Turf is hiring Landscape Crew Members who can drive. You’ll operate company trucks and trailers, perform mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup, and contribute to the appearance of our clients’ properties. The role stresses safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Requirements include a valid Arizona driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work outdoors year-round. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with opportunities for advancement and paid training.

Qualifications

• Landscape experience preferred (2 years) or willingness to train.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Dependable attendance and readiness to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks and tow trailers between jobsites.
• Mow, trim, edge, blow, and cleanup properties.
• Pruning, weeding, planting, and mulch tasks.
• Load, unload, and secure equipment on the trailer.
• Ensure each property is left clean and client satisfied.

A to Z Tree and Turf | $18 to $21/hour | Full-Time | Year-Round | Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM start

A to Z Tree and Turf is hiring Landscape Crew Members who can drive. You'll get the crew, truck, and trailer safely from job to job, then work right alongside them making our client's properties look their best. The driving is what sets this job apart, and it's what we pay for.

The Driving Part

• Safely operate company trucks and tow trailers between jobsites
• Load, unload, and secure equipment on the trailer every time
• Pre-trip and post-trip checks on truck and trailer
• Valid Arizona driver's license and a clean driving record. Required.
• No CDL needed. We'll check you out on towing.

The Work

• Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and cleanup
• Pruning, weeding, raking gravel, planting, and mulch
• Running mowers, weed eaters, edgers, and hand tools
• Leaving every property clean and every client happy

What You Bring

• Dependable attendance. On time, and here, every day.
• Ready to work outside
• Takes care of company trucks, tools, and equipment
• Landscape experience preferred (2 years), but we'll train the right person
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
