Job summary

Florida Commercial Care, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Coordinator in Sanford, FL to schedule and direct crews and resources, delivering high quality, cost-efficient lawn care for commercial clients.

You will work with the Account Manager and Field Operations Manager to understand client needs, manage daily crew schedules, oversee safety, training, and equipment use, and handle paperwork and cost controls. The role is full-time and requires 3–5 years of leadership and customer service experience

SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking a Landscape Coordinator. As the Landscape Coordinator you will schedule and direct personnel and resources towards providing quality, cost-effective lawn care services to clients. The Landscape Coordinator will oversee a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple crew teams. The Landscape Coordinator will be responsible for training and developing these individuals by providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager and Field Operations Manager.
• As necessary, perform hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands
• Implement and enforce Florida Commercial Care’s policies and procedures related to proper upkeep and maintenance, storage, use, and training required for branch equipment
• Work with the Field Operations Manager to identify staffing needs, hire new crew, and prepare daily crew schedules
• Ensure proper paperwork is completed for all employee changes and hires
• Communicate with crew members discipline, review, and develop growth plan for employees
• Hands-on training and support of crew members, including proper operation of equipment, pruning techniques, safety, and quality standards
• Focus on safety and monitor safety records
• Maintain and manage all required administrative systems, including but not limited to time sheets, job databases, and service schedules
• Order materials as needed and monitor costs and deliveries
• Request purchase orders and use in accordance with company guidelines
• All other duties as assigned by the Field Operation Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry or local marketplace, including 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to operate within a specific budget
• Able to pay close attention to detail and have organizational skills
• Great customer service when dealing with clients daily
• Able to respond thoroughly and quickly to all client complaints, concerns, and requests
• A valid Driver’s license with 3 to 5-year history of good driving
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must be willing to work side by side with the crews as this is a working role.
