Job summary

Merion-Landscape-Services-LLC is seeking a Landscape Field Operations Manager in Florida to lead maintenance crews and deliver high-quality, cost-efficient services. The role is hands-on, supervising daily field operations, coordinating labor, and ensuring safety and client standards.

You will train crews, manage schedules and resources, and work closely with management to meet service commitments. This position requires bilingual proficiency and a strong focus on safety and growth.

Qualifications

• Florida driver's license required.
• 3+ years managing multiple landscape maintenance crews and projects.
• Experience managing daily, weekly, and monthly labor hours.
• Bilingual proficiency required.
• Strong knowledge of landscape equipment and safety leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct multiple landscape maintenance crews, coordinating labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet service schedules.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly labor hours to support efficient, cost-effective operations.
• Communicate regularly with management to understand client needs and align field priorities.
• Inspect properties before scheduled service, prepare action plans, and verify that job site quality and appearance meet company and client standards.
• Work hands-on alongside crews as needed to meet workload and scheduling demands.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, and train crews on safe work practices.
• Provide hands-on training in equipment operation, basic equipment maintenance, pruning techniques, and quality standards.
• Partner with management to identify staffing needs and hire crew members; coach employees and develop growth plans.
• Support mechanics by ordering and picking up repair parts as needed, and provide basic equipment maintenance training as directed by management.
• Order materials and maintain required operational paperwork.
