Job summary

Gothic Landscape in Phoenix seeks an experienced Superintendent to partner with field personnel and advance our landscape construction projects.

You will oversee multiple projects, read plans, manage schedules, communicate with clients and foremen, and guide profitability on each site. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required. We offer a company vehicle, mobile device, health benefits, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction leadership experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and understand plans, material lists, guidelines and meet timelines.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with irrigation systems and landscape materials.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects with technical guidance for field personnel.
• Conduct percent of completion analysis to ensure projects are on budget.
• Support Operations by determining production schedules.
• Coordinate with foremen to ensure materials and labor for project needs.
• Build relationships with clients and field personnel via weekly job walks.
• Identify cost-effective enhancements and change orders to ensure profitability.
• Communicate progress updates to onsite Superintendents.
• Develop strategies to improve project performance and exceed goals.
