Job summary

Juniper is growing and seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Construction teams. Crew Members perform on-site landscape construction duties to create beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Duties include planting trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds; laying sod; installing pavers and hardscapes; and irrigation installations. Ideal candidates will have landscape construction experience, be able to work long hours outdoors in extreme temperatures, and be willing to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Landscape construction/installation experience preferred.
• Must be able to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plant trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds.
• Lay sod and install mulch.
• Install pavers, stone walls, and other hardscape projects.
• Install irrigation/sprinkler systems and prep soil areas.
