Job summary

Rocky Mountain Custom Landscape in Colorado is seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead complex residential projects from inception to completion, coordinating with clients, design teams, and field crews to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results.

You will manage budgets, schedules, safety programs, and subcontractor coordination, delivering landscapes that harmonize with the Rocky Mountains. This role requires strong leadership and clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of PM experience in landscape, site, or construction.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Smartsheet, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple large-scale residential projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, budgets, schedules, and quality goals.
  • Lead field safety programs and safe working environments.
  • Read blueprints and plan efficient construction methods.

You will collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and construction crews to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in project management and landscaping will be crucial in transforming outdoor spaces and creating captivating landscapes that harmonize with the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountain region.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Oversee multiple large-scale residential projects from estimation to completion.Ensure client satisfaction, financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality goals are met.Manage job-site safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.Conduct field layout and coordinate with subcontractors.Read blueprints and visualize efficient construction methods.Manage project budgets, scheduling, crew organization, and subcontractor coordination.Utilize creative construction means and methods to achieve desired results.Handle financial management of assigned projects including negotiation and management of project buyouts.Cultivate positive client relationships and address any concerns or issues.Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to Assistant Project Managers, Field Supervisors, Foremen, and Crew Leaders.PREFERRED EXPERINCE & SKILLS:Minimum of five years of relevant project management experience in landscape, site, or construction environments.Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Construction, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering construction projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, scheduling programs, and project management tools.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex construction concepts to stakeholders.Ambitious and dedicated to advancing the landscape profession.The Perks401(k) plan with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFSA/HSAPerkSpotLong-Term Disability and Life InsurancePaid time OffTuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Pay TransparencyMariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
