We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager in Austin.

Cooper & Company designs, builds, and maintains high-end residential landscapes. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of construction from start to finish—coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and make sure the details are built correctly.

Our projects include pools, outdoor structures, custom steel, masonry, grading, drainage, irrigation, and planting. This role requires a strong understanding of construction and a consistent presence in the field.

Responsibilities include:

• Schedule subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections
• Read plans, coordinate layout, and resolve field conditions
• Track costs, review proposals, and manage change orders
• Maintain quality standards and follow through on punch lists
• Communicate clearly with clients, architects, builders, and subcontractors

We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable holding people accountable. Experience managing high-end residential construction or complex landscape projects is strongly preferred.
