Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience estimating in landscape, irrigation, and hardscape projects.
• Experience reading commercial blue prints.
• Ability to review bid documents and communicate with GCs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, job set up, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate bidding for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Produce competitive base bids and manage tight deadlines.
