Smith Lawnscapes LLC is hiring a dedicated landscaping associate to join our family-oriented team serving the Greater Lansing Area. You will perform site prep, installation, and maintenance tasks to support residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work outdoors in varying weather, possesses a valid driver's license, and is eager to learn and grow with the company. We offer competitive wages, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, excavation, or construction preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform site preparation including grading, leveling, and excavation to ensure optimal conditions for landscaping projects
• Assist with the installation of drainage systems, base materials, and site layouts according to project specifications
• Support senior team members in executing landscaping and hardscaping projects
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Follow safety protocols and company standards to ensure a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met
