Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $26.00/hr

A Landscape Construction Crew Member performs the role of making a client's landscape vision come to life by installing stonework, shrubs, patios and more! Responsibilities

• Primarily assist in the installation of various landscape construction projects (Softscapes, hardscapes, masonry)
• Assist with landscape maintenance projects (mowing, edging, blowing leaves and debris, pruning shrubs and trees, weed and pest control, and mulching etc.) when needed
• Prepare, load, and unload trucks for the day's tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
• Operate equipment safely, using all necessary personal protection gear
• Maintain courteousness and professionalism on and off the job site
• Attend safety trainings and other staff meetings as required..
• Drive a truck with a trailer safely (for driving eligible candidates)
• Support in snow removal operations seasonally
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in landscape construction. Willing to train the right individual
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling of various landscape equipment and materials
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Driver's license (preferred)
  
  

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $20.00-$26.00 per hour. Overtime is regularly available
