We are currently seeking aLandscape Construction Crew Memberwho is motivated, responsible, and enjoys working outdoors in a team environment.Our company values Safety, Teamwork, Excellence & Efficiency, Profitability, Service & Stewardship, and we are looking for individuals who align with these principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of new landscapes and renovations under the guidance of our Landscape Construction Crew Leader.
• Operate small machines, load and unload tools and equipment.
• Move and install soil, mulch, and plant material to construct landscape gardens and related areas.
• Perform tasks safely, efficiently, and effectively.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in the landscape/construction industry preferred.
• Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently with little supervision and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness is required to carry out strenuous tasks and work in various outdoor conditions.

Compensation

• Pay starts between $16-$21 an hour, depending on experience
• Expect 40 – 50 hours per week in season (approximately March 1 – December 15)
• 40 hours out of season (weather dependent)
