Crew Member

We are looking for dedicated team members who want to expand their experience and grow their careers with our exceptional team at Myatt Landscaping and Construction. We are a locally owned professional landscape company specializing in high-quality residential & commercial landscaping and grounds management. Our aim is to provide superior service while building lasting relationships with our clients and employees.

Our ideal teammate would be someone who:

5. Takes great care of company vehicles and equipment
6. Is respectful of co-workers and clients
7. Has a great work ethic and can work alone without supervision
8. Uses provided PPE appropriately
9. Stays off the phone except for business calls and emergencies
10. Has a valid and clean NC driver’s license
11. Can lift 50+ lbs. frequently throughout the day
12. Can stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist throughout the day
13. Is proficient with string trimmer, edger, and blower
14. Is proficient with a walk behind mower
15. Can pull weeds and clean debris from job sites
16. Can edge beds and install mulch or pine straw

Pay rate will be hourly with true overtime paid for any work over 40 hours and paid weekly. Starting pay from $16-$18 per hour will be determined by experience and your ability to meet our ideal teammate goals.

Health Insurance offered after 90 days, your cost is only $150.00 per month for Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. Paid vacation, paid holidays, and retirement program available after one year.
