Valley Landscape Inc is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Leader to guide our team in delivering exceptional results for our clients. This role focuses on leading a crew, maintaining high quality, and mentoring team members in the field.

You will operate and supervise equipment, communicate with supervisors and clients, and uphold safety and efficiency in outdoor landscape projects. A positive, team-driven attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and experience in landscape construction.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
• With insurance-approvable Motor Vehicle Report.
