SpringTree Landscapes in Greenville county is looking for a full-time Landscape Construction Team Member who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment. You will join a team that values pride in projects, safety, and reliability, delivering quality landscapes and outdoor living spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install landscape construction projects with the team.
• Perform general maintenance and keep jobs clean and presentable.
• Provide advice to buyers on landscape maintenance.
• Ensure the garden fits client expectations with designers and landscape architects.
• Tow trailers and operate handheld equipment.
• Work in hot and cold weather.
• Support the Foreman and Crew Leader in keeping trucks and trailers stocked.
• Keep equipment, tools, and vehicles in good working order.
• Take instruction and work as part of a team.
• Meet production and project deadlines with quality and customer service.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Expected to be able to lift 50lbs at times. . Ability to operate equipment such as skid steers and excavators is a plus!

• Confirms that the garden fits the client's expectations by working with garden designers and landscape architects.

• Basic knowledge of irrigation and landscape
