The opportunities are endless.**Job Overview** The Landscape Construction Crew Lead/Driver is responsible for leading and performing landscape installation projects, including site preparation, grading, drainage installation, planting, and the placement of landscape features such as fencing, boulders, and steppingstones. Operates hand tools and heavy equipment to clear land, prepare terrain, transport materials, and install landscape components. Oversees daily crew activities by delegating tasks, ensuring the safe and efficient use of tools and equipment, monitoring project progress, and providing recommendations to achieve project goals.
