Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required with two years of green industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use Apple technology for time tracking and job management.
• Strong analytical problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent customer service and ability to communicate with clients and professionals.
• Ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking workers using translation tools.
• Assist team leader with training a team of two or more members.

Responsibilities

• Review job notes for understanding scope of work daily.
• Read, measure, and interpret landscape plans.
• Perform landscape services: pruning, bed maintenance, plant health, irrigation support, and lighting.
• Operate equipment including hedge trimmers, blowers, edgers, and related tools.
• Identify enhancement ideas and report to team leader.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and ensure tools are kept in good order.
• Drive truck and trailer combinations and comply with safety requirements.
