Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to lead sales activities and daily operations in the Sacramento region. You will guide a team including a business development manager, account managers, and field personnel to deliver premier commercial landscape maintenance for high-profile communities and properties.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of landscape management experience, a related degree, and a proven record of leading other managers.

• Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture or related major strongly preferred; Associate's degree considered with relevant experience.

Requirements

• A landscape professional with an engaging leadership style.
• Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture or a related major strongly preferred. An Associate's Degree will be considered, along with relevant experience.
• Five to seven years of prior experience with a professional landscape management firm. Must have prior experience leading other managers.
• Knowledge of regional climate horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance experience a plus.
• Passion for client service.
• Superb communication skills; knowledge of Spanish a plus.
