Landscape Architect Project Manager - Oklahoma City, OK Halff is seeking a Landscape Architect Project Manager in the Oklahoma City, OK office. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of landscape architects, planners, engineers, and others to provide management on a wide variety of public and private landscape architecture and planning projects. Project emphasis includes: Parks, streetscape, recreational, trails, sports fields and master planning. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment to help clients plan, design, and implement projects. Landscape Architect Project Manager Requirements: Ability to work with design teams and consultants through all design stages from concept through construction Foster and promote a positive, team oriented environment and office culture Ability to lead teams to complete projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements Knowledgeable in the production of CD sets including hardscape, planting, construction details, specifications, and bidding packages Experience in master planning of parks, trails, and recreation is a plus Experience with construction methodologies and implementation Well organized, detail oriented and highly motivated Manage multiple projects of various scale and complexity simultaneously Be able to anticipate the needs of clients and projects Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Have excellent design skills Be proficient with computer applications including AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Landscape Architect Project Manager Qualifications: Bachelors or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university Oklahoma registration as a Professional Landscape Architect 5 years of experience, minimum, as a Professional Landscape Architect Familiarity preparing proposal/scope of work documents and reviewing invoices/submitting Ability to travel periodically, primarily in state, to support project needs Interested candidates who meet or exceed the above qualifications are invited to submit a letter of interest, resume, and project portfolio or work samples that demonstrates their abilities.
