Job summary

EHRA Engineering seeks a Project Manager for the Landscape Architecture Team to lead projects from concept through construction. You will coordinate with internal and external teams, mentor staff, and support business development while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong project management skills, experience in landscape architecture, and proficiency with CAD/3D tools. Texas licensure is preferred; LEED/SITES certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing landscape architecture projects.
• Registered Landscape Architect in Texas preferred or pursuing licensure.
• LEED, SITES, Envision certifications are a plus.
• Software proficiency including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage landscape architecture projects across diverse types (parks, master plans, streetscapes, etc.).
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, planners, and consultants to set goals, scope, schedules, budgets.
• Prepare proposals with scope of work, timelines, budgets, staffing, and fees.
• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality design on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development initiatives.
• Exhibit strong written, verbal, and graphic presentation of ideas.
• Oversee CAD, 3D modeling, and hand graphics for designs.
• Review documents and conduct site inspections for design compliance.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Surveying, Contracts, and Construction teams.
• Review billing drafts and coordinate with Billing Analyst.
• Assist with recruiting and participate in interviews.
• Attend conferences to stay current and grow networks.
