Job summary

GBA invites a Landscape Architecture & Planning Intern to join this summer at the Lenexa, KS headquarters. You will contribute to public and private projects spanning parks, open spaces, and planning initiatives, while collaborating with architects, engineers, and surveyors on in-progress sites.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an accredited program, with experience in Civil3D, Rhino, and Enscape. Two years completed (three preferred) with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a Landscape Architecture or Urban Design accredited program.
• Experience with Civil3D, Rhino, and Enscape is preferred.
• Finished at least two years, with three years preferred, of school.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrates fundamental design skills with detailed attention to urban planning and CAD drafting.
