Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Terrell, Texas is seeking Landscape Architecture graduates to join our local office. This is an on-site role focused on site planning, urban and landscape design, and production across a variety of projects.

You'll work with a team to analyze deliverables, QC work, and develop familiarity with applicable regulations while gaining hands-on experience with industry software such as Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel.

Qualifications

Degree in Landscape Architecture by Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

Utilize software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
Assist site planning, urban and landscape design, and production.
Projects include land planning, urban design, redevelopment, mixed-use and residential development, streetscapes, public infrastructure, parks.
Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions.
Learn regulations and Kimley-Horn’s practices and standards.
Learn software such as Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel.
