Job summary

Career Collective is seeking a licensed Landscape Architect to lead design teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure high-quality deliverables across residential, commercial, and urban-infill projects.

The role requires 8+ years in land development or entitlements, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Lumion, and strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in land development and/or rezoning/land entitlements.
• Licensed Landscape Architect or on track.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficient with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A team player that is committed to a collaborative design process and the ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to manage staff and time.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with applicable federal, state, and local codes and permitting requirements.
• Knowledge and experience assisting with assembling permitting and construction document packages.
