Halff is seeking a Licensed Landscape Architect to join our Oklahoma City, OK office as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in parks, recreation, trail planning and design; urban parks, plazas, streetscapes, and transportation enhancements; land development; and large-scale planning projects. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively to plan, design, and implement projects, with potential for professional growth and ownership in the firm.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on public and private landscape architecture and planning projects.
• Manage all design stages from concept to construction with design teams and consultants.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented office culture.
• Lead project teams to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Produce construction documentation, including hardscape, planting, details, specifications, and bidding packages.
• Understand construction methodologies and implementation.
• Manage multiple projects of varying scale and complexity.
• Anticipate client and project needs.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
• Oklahoma Professional Landscape Architect registration.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience with proposal/scope of work documents, reviewing invoices, and submissions.
• Ability to travel periodically within the state.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
• Experience in master planning of parks, trails, and recreation is a plus.
