Ladiesinland in Durham, NC is seeking a Landscape Architect Project Manager to lead design-focused projects from concept to completion. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor junior staff in an in-person setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture, PLA licensure, 6+ years of experience, and a strong portfolio. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or comparable field.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience, with local Triangle area NC municipalities preferred.
• PLA licensure required.
• Strong portfolio showing a range of project types and scales.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Excellent design, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of projects from concept to completion.
