Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential landscape architecture.
• Active Landscape Architect license (State of Michigan or reciprocal).
• Strong design-build background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for custom residential landscapes.
• Perform site analysis including field measurements and inventories.
• Create detailed design packages including grading and planting plans.
• Prepare 2D and 3D renderings and visuals.
• Serve as primary contact with clients throughout the design phase.

This role is responsible for developing creative, functional, and buildable outdoor environments that reflect the client’s vision, meet site-specific requirements, and align with company standards.
