Job summary

Addison Group in American Canyon, CA is seeking a hands-on Landscape Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for commercial client accounts. You will oversee field operations and ensure high-quality landscaping services including maintenance, installation, irrigation, and hardscape.

You’ll focus on building relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while coaching field teams. This is a full-time on-site role with a company vehicle option and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or account management.
• Strong client relationships and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Associate’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for commercial client accounts.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements and proposals.
• Resolve client issues proactively.
• Partner with Operations and Branch leadership to ensure service expectations are met.
• Monitor renewals, financial performance, and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and branch policies.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with reporting.

Job Description

We are seeking a hands‑on Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for commercial client accounts. This role focuses on relationship building, overseeing field operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality landscaping services including maintenance install, development, irrigation, hardscape, and more. You’ll drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while supporting and coaching field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for commercial client accounts.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement projects and develop proposals.
• Resolve client issues and address concerns proactively.
• Partner with Operations and Branch leadership to ensure service expectations are met.
• Monitor account renewals, financial performance, and profitability.
• Manage and support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and branch policies.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and assist with administrative reporting.

Additional Details

• Reports To: Branch Manager
• Type: Full-time, On-site
• Start Date: Typically within 2–3 weeks of 1st interview
• Interview Process: 1st on-site with Branch Manager; 2nd virtual panel with leadership team
