The Idaho Department of Lands (IDL) seeks a full-time Lands Program Manager – Real Estate to lead statewide land programs from its Boise Staff Office, with potential telework opportunities. You will oversee land sale, acquisition, and due diligence activities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize revenue from state endowment lands.

Responsibilities include directing staff, ensuring policy alignment with market standards, and conducting program audits and reporting.

Qualificações

• Managing complex projects requiring coordination of resources to meet objectives.
• Negotiating contracts, lease terms, and agreements for real estate transactions.
• Developing programs including goals, budgeting and evaluating results for statewide land programs.
• Interpreting and applying federal, state and local laws related to real estate transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage land sale and acquisition activities.
• Work with stakeholders to position, market, and perform transactional duties for disposition of State Lands.
• Perform due diligence and transactional duties for acquisition of Lands.
• Research and analyze property information for land transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and exchanges.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff supporting land transactions.
• Ensure policies and procedures reflect current market standards; recommend improvements.
