Job summary

Landmark Educational Tours in Middleton, MA, invites applications for Landmark Tour Manager Interns for a Seasonal Internship from January to June 15, 2026. You will lead student groups, guide tours at museums and attractions, and manage trip logistics on the road.

Ideal candidates are current students or recent graduates in travel-tourism or hospitality, with a willingness to relocate for housing and a passion for engaging with youth travelers.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in travel-tourism, hospitality management, or related field.
• Willingness to relocate to housing/destination during internship.
• Strong interest or experience working with student groups.
• Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communicator who enjoys engaging with people of all ages.
• Open availability during the internship.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Smartphone required.

Responsibilities

• Manage private group tours through historical sites, museums, and key attractions across the U.S.
• Provide engaging commentary tailored to travelers
• Manage essential trip materials: tickets, vouchers, confirmation codes, and expense documentation.
• Reconfirm reservations and handle group check-ins at hotels, attractions, and restaurants.
• Work closely with head chaperones, vendors, and fellow Landmark Leaders to keep tours running smoothly.
• Anticipate and troubleshoot logistical challenges while maintaining professionalism.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all travelers throughout the trip.

Landmark Educational Tours, a premier educational tour operator based in Middleton, MA, seeks enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Landmark Tour Managers.

Our mission is to create unforgettable, customized educational travel experiences for schools and groups across the U.S. As a Landmark Leader, you’ll be the face of our company on the road—guiding groups, managing logistics, and ensuring every traveler has a safe and memorable trip.

What You’ll Do

• Manage private group tours through historical sites, museums, and key attractions across the U.S.
• Provide engaging commentary tailored to travelers
