PLM is seeking an experienced In-House Landman to support operations within the Eagle Ford play. This role requires strong leasing and land administration experience and must be performed in-office in Houston, TX. This is an in-office position focused on Eagle Ford development.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing and land administration activities within the Eagle Ford play
• Negotiate and secure oil and gas leases, amendments, extensions, and related agreements
• Support regulatory compliance and filings related to South Texas operations
• Review and interpret mineral ownership, lease terms, and contractual obligations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding drilling schedules, title status, and development planning
• Maintain organized, accurate land records and internal tracking systems
• Provide timely updates and reporting to internal leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of Landman experience
• Significant, hands‑on experience in the Eagle Ford play
• Strong understanding of South Texas mineral and regulatory environments
• Prior experience working in‑house or directly for an operator preferred
• Ability to work full‑time in‑office in Houston, TX
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment
