Job summary

Partnership Home seeks a High Impact Housing Coordinator to support the Master Lease program and provide direct rental housing system assistance to landlords, case managers, and the High Impact team.

You will cultivate master lease agreements, schedule inspections, coordinate move-ins, manage tenant files, and maintain landlord relationships to achieve housing outcomes in Tarrant County. This is a full-time, on-site role in Texas.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; higher education not mandatory.
  • Experience in real estate, property operations, or housing systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the local rental housing market is preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling or project coordination is helpful.
  • NSPIRE inspection certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage master lease agreements with landlords and property management staff.
  • Attend High Impact meetings for housing availability, updates, and unit acquisitions.
  • Conduct unit move-in inspections using NSPIRE standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure maintenance and habitability in leased units.
  • Assist Housing Case Managers with client application paperwork and move-in process.
  • Tenant leasing file management.
  • Maintain Housing Case Manager and Landlord relationships to support housing outcomes.
  • Schedule maintenance work for all High Impact units with pre-approved vendors.
  • Process all invoices for master leased units adhering to internal standards.

Position: High Impact Housing Coordinator

FLSA Status: Exempt

Job Status: Full Time

Reports To: Landlord Engagement Manager

The High Impact Housing Coordinator is part of the Housing Department. This position will operate in the day-to-day activities of the High Impact Master Lease program and provide direct rental housing system support to landlords, case managers, and other members of the cross-sector High Impact team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Cultivate and manage master lease agreements with landlords and/or property management staff throughout the community.
  • Attend and actively participate in High Impact meetings for the purpose of housing availability, application updates, violation proceedings, unit acquisition needs as needed.
  • Conduct unit move-in inspections using NSPIRE standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure maintenance and habitability standards are being maintained in leased units throughout Tarrant County.
  • Assist Housing Case Managers with client application paperwork and move-in process.
  • Tenant leasing file management.
  • Maintain Housing Case Manager and Landlord relationships to support successful housing outcomes.
  • Schedule maintenance work for all High Impact units as needed with pre-approved vendors of Partnership Home.
  • Process all invoices for Partnership Home master leased units while adhering to internal processing standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management or system operations
  • Local rental housing market knowledge strongly preferred
  • Experience in scheduling, or project management helpful
  • NSPIRE inspection certified or be able to maintain certification within 90 days of hire date

  • High degree of computer literacy, including experience in all Microsoft tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication and customer service minded skills
  • Solution oriented and ability to work cross-system for client centered outcomes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced position while prioritizing tasks

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Mobile setting with the ability and comfortability to complete tasks in different environments. Position will have dedicated office space but work also includes a substantial amount of field work. Occasional after hours and off-schedule time will be required to support major projects and special events, such as the annual point-in-time Homeless Count.
