WM is seeking a landfill laborer responsible for containing windblown debris and directing traffic at the landfill. The role involves operating a vacuum, driving a tractor, and lifting materials as part of daily site maintenance.

The position requires physical endurance, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Scheduling includes Monday–Friday 7:00am–6:30pm with rotating Saturday 7:00am–1:00pm; pay rate is $18.40 per hour.

Responsabilidades

• Manually pick up windblown paper along the landfill perimeter and load into bags.
• Operate mobile vacuum and drive tractor to collect litter and debris.
• Direct traffic at the landfill entrance during busy periods.
• Lift construction materials and use hand tools as needed.
• Sort metals, white goods, lumber, and cardboard from trash at the tipping floor.
