Job summary

Republic Services, a leading environmental services company, is seeking a Laborer to perform general labor tasks at hauling sites, transfer stations, recycling centers or landfills. You will assist with yard cleanup, fueling vehicles and equipment, and routine site maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

The role supports safe operations with a focus on following procedures, and may involve operating site vehicles, cleaning work areas, and performing related duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy items.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to operate basic site equipment and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform general labor duties at hauling sites, transfer stations, recycling centers or landfills.
• Assist with yard cleanup and fueling of vehicles and equipment.
• Operate general site vehicles and equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Conduct basic office maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Direct traffic and perform other duties as assigned.
