Charter Contracting Company in Massachusetts is seeking a Scale Operator/Clerk for Everett and Swansea sites. You will handle clerical duties for incoming shipments, review documents, and log shipment information.

Applicants must have a valid license and reliable transportation, and be able to lift 50 lbs or more. Proficiency in MS Excel/Word is required; scale software training will be provided. Overtime may apply.

• Proficient with clerical tasks and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Review shipping documents for incoming shipments to the landfill.
• Record shipment information in the system.
• Communicate with truck drivers and site personnel.
• Operate scale software (training provided).
• Assist with other construction labor tasks as needed.
