Republic Services, Inc. invites an Operations Supervisor – Landfill to lead a team of operators and laborers in a busy landfill division. You will ensure adherence to fill sequencing, density goals, and regulatory permits, while partnering with leadership to drive safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will develop staff, monitor performance, and enforce safety programs, aiming to meet budgetary goals and maintain a productive work environment across shifts.
