You will oversee fill sequencing, density goals and regulatory compliance while collaborating with management to drive safety and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and labor-relations experience are valued features of the role.

Qualifications

• Supervise a team of Leads, Operators and Laborers ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure fill sequencing plans are followed and density goals achieved.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and General Manager on tactical initiatives and budget.
• Adhere to safety, environmental and other standards while promoting engagement.
• State certification as required by regulation.

Responsibilities

• Safety: lead safety goals, remove unsafe conditions, partner with maintenance.
• Customer Experience: meet/exceed customer expectations, handle service issues promptly.
• Efficiency: establish productivity goals, control labor hours and disposal costs.
