Republic Services in McDonald, TN seeks a skilled Landfill Heavy Equipment Operator responsible for safe operation of heavy equipment at a recycling center, landfill or transfer station. Your duties include transferring, spreading, covering, loading and compacting waste or soil efficiently and safely.

The role requires inspection, operation of multiple machines, and documentation of equipment condition. You will follow safety policies, keep the shop clean, and perform other duties as assigned,

Qualifications

• Two years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• One year of OSHA-regulated site experience.
• Must follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections.

Landfill Heavy Equipment Operator-7### Landfill Heavy Equipment Operator-7Apply: McDonald, TN, USA: Full time: Posted Today: R-184035POSITION SUMMARY: The Operator – Heavy Equipment is responsible for the safe operation of heavy equipment at a recycling center, landfill or transfer station for the purpose of transferring, spreading, covering, loading and/or compacting waste or soil in an efficient and safe manner. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:* Perform pre- and post-operation inspection of the equipment in accordance with Company policy to ensure windows, lights, mirrors and rear view camera are clean.
