Responsibilities

• 1. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of land use and zoning law, including zoning analyses, land use planning, and regulatory compliance.
• 2. Represent clients in meetings, hearings, and negotiations with government officials, community groups, and other stakeholders.
• 3. Draft, review, and negotiate land use and zoning agreements, permits, and other legal documents.
• 4. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex land use and zoning issues, and prepare legal opinions, briefs, and other documents.
• 5. Develop and implement strategies to address clients' land use and zoning needs and objectives.
• 6. Monitor and analyze developments in land use and zoning law and regulations, and advise clients on potential impacts.
• 7. Collaborate with other team members and contribute to the overall success and growth of the legal practice.

Qualifications

• 1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 2. Admission to the state bar.
• 3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Use & Zoning Attorney
• 4. Exceptional knowledge of land use and zoning law and regulations.
• 5. Proven ability to represent clients in complex land use and zoning matters.
• 6. Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• 7. Strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
• 8. A high degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
• 9. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• 10. A commitment to client service and excellence in legal practice.
