Full Time

We are seeking a seasoned attorney to support land use and environmental law matters in a respected and collaborative legal environment. Ideal candidates will bring at least seven years of experience working with California-specific regulations, including CEQA, planning and zoning ordinances, and regulatory permitting.

The role involves advising clients on complex entitlement processes and environmental compliance strategies. Experience in land use litigation is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on land use entitlements, environmental reviews, and permitting
• Interpret and apply planning/zoning regulations and CEQA requirements
• Develop legal strategies for securing project approvals
