Qualified candidates must have extensive land use and CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) experience. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on complex land use entitlements, regulatory permitting, and environmental review processes. Land use litigation experience is required.

The salary range for this California-based role is $250,000 - $340,000, and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set and office location.
