• Proficiency in Statutes such as the Subdivision Map Act and Clean Water Act.

Responsibilities

• Represent applicants through the entitlement process for large-scale projects.
• Navigate California housing legislation to streamline project entitlements.
• Advise on environmental review strategies and document defensibility.
• Handle transactional documents, including development agreements and leases.
• Represent clients in entitlement defense in courts.
