The successful candidate will hold a JD, be admitted to the Florida Bar, and have proven experience in land use or real estate matters, including zoning, permits, and development approvals.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Florida Bar.
Experience as Land Use or Real Estate Attorney.
Strong knowledge of zoning, land development, and environmental mandates.

Responsibilities

Provide land use legal advice and regulatory guidance.
Represent clients at courts or before zoning/planning boards.
Prepare filings such as applications, permits, and appeals.
Advise on legal and tax implications of real estate transactions.
Negotiate settlements and collaborate with architects and planners.
Stay updated on land use laws and regulations.
Assist in property development from zoning to building codes.
