Seneca Resources Company, LLC seeks a driven intern in land management to support title research, leasing, and records management. You will work on ownership analyses, market research, and data organization across property and mineral rights domains.

The role offers exposure to division orders, document review, and collaboration with internal teams, with a focus on accuracy and data quality. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Energy Land Management or related field.
• Interest in property and mineral rights, title research, leasing, and surface rights.
• Strong written and verbal communication with landowners and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills for multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Conduct ownership review, market analysis, and acreage research; assist with landowner correspondence and materials for land negotiations.
• Support lease and contract administration with database maintenance, filing, and record keeping.
• Assist with title review and due diligence by organizing title opinions, deeds, leases, and ownership records.
• Track project status and data; prepare clear summary reports for stakeholders.
• Review division order docs to reconcile ownership and revenue-interest data.
