Job summary

Paladin Land Group, LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking experienced local Land Techs and Lease Records/Division Order techs to join our Midtown Tulsa office. You will review title, leases, assignments, curative, and related documents to draft lease contracts.

Candidates must live in the Tulsa metro or be able to commute five days per week. After probation, you may choose between W2 or 1099 (contract) employment, in a team-oriented environment that values attention to detail and reliability.

Job description

PLG is hiring experienced local Land Techs and Lease Records/Division Order techs to operate out of our Tulsa office. Must have a solid understanding of Oil and Gas Lease Records, Leasing and Working Interest Acquisitions and good familiarity with drafting leases, assignments, lease purchase reports and related documents. Title experience is definitely a plus. Energy Management graduates are encouraged to apply. They will be responsible for reviewing title, agreements, curative, and other internal data to draft lease documents and related contracts. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of tasks and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The position will be in midtown Tulsa, OK. MUST LIVE IN TULSA METRO AREA OR ABLE TO COMMUTE TO TULSA 5 days per week. Team working environment. Candidates choose between W2 or 1099 (contract) employment structure after initial probationary period.
