Job summary

Permian Resources is seeking a Business Development Land Tech to support deal evaluation and asset onboarding in Midland, Texas. You will work with Land and Business Development teams, handling tech-level responsibilities and coordinating data from due diligence events.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, solid Oil & Gas knowledge, and strong organizational and research skills to thrive in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment.

• Basic knowledge of Oil and Gas practices and policies and can apply that knowledge to the work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated integrity in work product and in dealing with coworkers.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility regarding workload and priorities.
• Basic research skills with regard to reviewing multiple data sources to find specific information.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Asset Land and Business Development teams on deal evaluation, transactions and onboarding of new assets
• Manage Tech level responsibilities on deals from start all the way through onboarding
• Manage and organize VDR data and date updates during evaluation process
• Work closely alongside BD land in creation of applicable exhibits and schedules
• SLO/BLM Transfers on inbound assets
• Surface ROW transfers on inbound assets
• Data integration from BD to other PR departments
• Consent tracking and diligence organization
• Other miscellaneous items associated with deal evaluation and transaction management

Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Business Development (BD) Land Tech reporting to the Staff Landman in Midland, Texas. This position will work with the Land and Business Development departments on all facets of deal evaluation and transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical as well as communication skills and be able to contribute his/her expertise while working on multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

General Responsibilities
