Job summary

AEC Resources in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor to lead survey projects and advance into leadership or ownership roles. You will manage projects end-to-end, mentor teammates, and collaborate with clients while maintaining high quality survey deliverables and efficient field operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Land Surveyor in MN required.
• 5+ years of surveying experience.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred).
• Experience with GPS, robotic total stations, and field operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Desire to grow into a larger role within a company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage survey projects from start to finish.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, field coordination, and deliverables.
• Prepare proposals, legal descriptions, and survey documentation.
• Conduct research, boundary/topographic surveys, and computations.
• Mentor and train team members on field techniques and equipment.
