What You’ll Do:

Lead field survey work following industry and state standards

Ensure your crew follows safety protocols and uses proper PPE

Plan daily field work across multiple projects

Manage and maintain equipment, vehicles, and inventory

Oversee data collection and quality of field notes/sketches

Work independently, make technical decisions within set limits

Coordinate with office staff and attend project meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Surveying or Engineering Technology preferred)
• 3+ years of surveying experience(preferred)
• Proficiency withTrimble or similar surveying equipment
• Experience withAutoCAD Civil 3D(a plus)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
