Job summary

Bateman Civil Survey Co in Apex, NC seeks a Training and Mentoring Lead for survey technicians. You will coach, evaluate, and develop the field team, ensuring strong coordination and performance.

A deep understanding of advanced surveying technology and field experience is essential; the role emphasizes communication, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of surveying experience, with some leadership or supervisory experience.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Experience in construction staking, boundary, topo, etc.
• Familiarity with Trimble software and equipment.
• Valid driver's license with minimum 5 years driving experience and clean driving record.

• Starting at $25/hour depending on experience.
